B.  CONSENT AGENDA/PUBLIC HEARINGS:

 

1.  Request to amend Section 7-5, City of Bellevue Subdivision Regulations, regarding minimum design standards for sidewalks.  Applicant:  City of Bellevue.

C.  PUBLIC HEARINGS:

 

1.  Request to rezone Lots 1 through 9, Robb’s Hilltop Acres 3, being a platting of part of the West ½ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 21, Township 13 North, Range 13 East of the 6th Principal Meridian, Sarpy County, Nebraska from AG to RA for the purpose of single family residential development; small subdivision plat Lots 1 through 9, Robb’s Hilltop Acres 3; and waiver of Section 6-2 (13) and 6-4, Subdivision Regulations.  Applicants:  Steve and Cass Robb.  General Location:  Miller Road and Dyson Hollow Road.  Case #’s: Z-1701-01 and S-1701-01.
